I'm a business attorney, entrepreneur, adjunct professor, and AI consultant — the combination is intentional, not accidental. Through The Bethea Law Firm, LLC, I handle trademark registration, business formation, government contracting, and M/WBE certification for founders who are done guessing and ready to build with precision. Outside the firm, I consult on AI integration, teach at the university level, and develop legal products that put real systems in the hands of small business owners. I've worked closely enough with entrepreneurs to know that most legal problems start as operational blind spots. I close that gap.
